DJ PAULETTE presents TOGETHER is about bringing all the DJs and the Manchester community together – waking up and gently moving out of the lockdown to celebrate as one at our mini festival in the sunshine. There’s food, there’s drink, it’s family AND dog friendly, it’s fully socially distanced fun, it’s enjoying music with real people IN REAL LIFE and best of all – it’s FREE. Glastonbury Festival as we know it did not happen this year, but in amongst the timber, paint and theatre props at Block9’s London warehouse HQ, a broadcast ran from 9pm till 3am showcasing DJ sets from Norman Jay MBE, Heidi , DJ Paulette and Batu_music for each of their Glastonbury Festival venues – Maceo’s, NYC Downlow, Genosys and IIcon. Friday July 5th – Festival Square has its big reveal, transforming Albert Square into an oasis of cool when it opens for 16 days of the best live music, great djs, food and drink and the big-hearted, warm, welcoming vibes that Manchester to offer (and has built its historic reputation upon). I am beyond giddy to be an integral part of the line up for the launch day / night’s spectacular party programme.
For the duration of the Manchester International Festival, Albert Square will be transformed into Festival Square, the home of the Festival in the heart of the city.
