#SHEROES – ILOVEMCR.COM LISTS 22 INFLUENTIAL MANCHESTER WOMEN

It’s a huge honour and a massive surprise to be listed in ILOVEMCR.com’s ‘Who Run The World’ listing of 22 influential women currently putting Manchester on the map. Massive respect and thanks to Georgina Pellant for the wonderful words and I send my congratulations and respect to all the ladies listed including the megastars Maxine Peake, IAMDDB, Meme Gold, boohoo.com’s Carol Kane, We Are Indigo Director – Georgina Gore plus a sparkling array of heavy hitters from all walks of life from medicine, politics, nightlife, the media and politics. It is a massive honour to be included in this list, it is wonderful seeing the words alongside Elspeth Mary Moore’s wonderful portrait of me that was taken for last year’s Suffragette City (Alison Surtees and M.D.M.A’s exhibition)  and of course thanks and gratitude goes to ILOVEMCR for being so bloody lovely.
