LOCKDOWN 1 has me in house and tech mode. COVID has had a weird effect on everybody’s lives and liberties – every industry has suffered a massive blow, not least the night time economy. Every DJ / Artist / Producer / Events organiser is having to rethink how they live their lives, sustain their livelihoods, brands and careers or simply navigate their way through the crisis whilst keeping a positive eye on the future and inspiring others to do the same. This week I took my inspiration from a Twitter / Instagram friend called Stephanie who asked when I would be doing a live stream. I said I had no plans to do one yet and made the mix exclusively for her. Life is about overcoming challenges, about never being defeated and about doing what I’m best at. Life is about cranking up the energy with disco, tech and house. Life is about living. Life goes on. Life is beautiful indeed.
