It’s 2018 – and we’ve already hit the ground running. In this year that celebrates and highlights the centenary of women’s suffrage, I am proud to be featured amongst the 25 STRONG portraits in the ‘Suffragette City’ exhibition that has been curated by media powerhouse and Manchester DigitalMusic Archive co-founder Alison Surtees and photographed by Elspeth Moore.  Get your #free tickets for the #SuffragetteCityMcr Exhibition at The Refugevia Skiddle on the link on the facebook event or via Eventbrite UK. Exhibition launches at The Refuge on February 23rd and runs through until the 10th of March. Full attendance for this please – there are a lot of fantastic women involved in this exhibition – in front of and behind the camera and a lot of love and hard work has gone into it. Music for the launch will be supplied by the awesome Abigail Ward, the magnificent Kath McDermott and me. We’ll be holding court in the Public Bar from 5.30pm – 1am so get your tickets, put your rave pants on,  hashtag us #suffragettecitymcr on Insta … and Alison SurteesElspeth Mary Moore #thankyou
